N(N-叔丁基芳酰氨基)邻苯二甲酰亚胺的合成及其杀虫活性

Synthesis and Insecticidal Activity of N(N-t-Butylarylacylamino) Phthalimide

摘要: 通过叔丁基肼与邻苯二甲酸酐反应,进一步N-苯甲酰化,合成了11个N-(N-叔丁基芳酰氨基)邻苯二甲酰亚胺类化合物,结构经元素分析、MS和1H NMR确证。初步生物活性测试表明,部分化合物具有较好的杀虫活性。

Abstract: Eleven new titled compounds were obtained through the reaction of t-butylhydrazine with phthalic anhydride and further N-benzoylation. Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, MS and 1H NMR. Preliminary bioassay indicated that some compounds obtained good insecticidal activity.
