    超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法分析氟啶胺在冬瓜上的残留行为

    Analysis of fluazinam residue behavior in wax gourd by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

    • 摘要: 为了明确氟啶胺在冬瓜上使用后的消解规律和最终残留水平,在北京、山东、安徽、湖南、云南和广东6地开展了500 g/L氟啶胺悬浮剂在冬瓜上的最终残留试验,同时在其中的北京和安徽两个试验点开展了消解动态试验。样品经乙腈提取,N-丙基乙二胺 (PSA) 净化,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱 (UPLC-MS/MS) 测定,外标法定量。结果表明:在0.01~1 mg/kg添加水平下,氟啶胺在冬瓜上的平均回收率在89%~109%之间,相对标准偏差 (RSD) 在2.8%~12%之间,定量限 (LOQ) 为0.01 mg/kg;北京和安徽两地的消解动态试验结果显示,氟啶胺在冬瓜上降解半衰期分别为2.04和2.17 d;6地的最终残留试验结果显示,氟啶胺在冬瓜上的残留量在 <LOQ~0.048 mg/kg之间。合理使用建议:500 g/L氟啶胺悬浮剂防治冬瓜霜霉病,推荐按有效成分250 g/hm2(制剂用量495 mL/ hm2) 施用3次,距末次施药的采收间隔为7 d。

       

      Abstract: To study the dissipation rate and the final residue level of fluazinam in wax gourd, the dissipation dynamics and final residue trials of 500 g/L SC were carried out in Beijing, Shandong, Anhui, Hunan, Yunnan and Guangdong Provinces. Among them, dissipation dynamic trials were set up in Beijing and Anhui. Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up by primary secondary amine (PSA), detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS), and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that, among the spiked levels of 0.01-1 mg/kg, the recoveries ranged from 89% to 109%, the relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 2.8% to 12%, and the limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.01 mg/kg. The half-lives of fluazinam on wax gourd were between 2.04 to 2.17 days in Beijing and Anhui, respectively. The final residue trials in six provinces showed that the residue level of fluazinam on wax gourd was between <LOQ and 0.048 mg/kg. According to the results, the recommended application of 500 g/L fluazinam SC to prevent wax gourd downy mildew was three times at the dose of 250 a.i.g/hm2 with a safe interval of 7 days from the harvest.
