    海灰翅夜蛾性信息素研究进展

    Research progress on the sex pheromone of Spodoptera littoralis

    • 摘要: 本文概述了海灰翅夜蛾性信息素的分离与结构鉴定,并按照碳碳三键还原法、Z-型烯烃复分解法、Wittig反应法和Z-烯基铜锂法等构建碳碳双键的方法,重点总结了海灰翅夜蛾性信息素的主要活性成分 (9Z,11E)-9,11-十四碳二烯-1-醇乙酸酯的化学合成方法;同时对海灰翅夜蛾性信息素的生物活性与应用研究进行了简述,对其应用前景和研究方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: The research progress on the separation, structure identification of sex pheromone of Spodoptera littoralis (Boisduval) was reviewed, and the chemical synthetic methods of (9Z,11E)-9,11-tetradecadien-1-ol acetate, a major component of the pheromone were also summarized according to the construction of the double bond including reduction of alkyne, Z-selective cross metathesis of olefin, Wittig reaction and (Z)-1-vinyl cuprate. Furthermore, the advance of biological activity and the application of the sex pheromone was introduced, and the prospects and trends in this field were prospected.
