    麦冬种植中植物生长调节剂使用情况、残留现状及影响综述

    Review on uses, residues and effects of plant growth regulators in the cultivation of Ophiopogon japonicus

    • 摘要: 麦冬为常用中药材,在其生长过程中合理施用植物生长调节剂可增加产量,但过量及不当使用则可能带来不利影响。文章概述了中国麦冬种植中植物生长调节剂的使用状况及残留现状,梳理了使用植物生长调节剂对麦冬产量、农艺性状与外观、有效成分,以及对后茬作物、土壤环境及人群健康的影响等相关研究进展,并提出了加大基础研究、加深管理规范衔接、加快用药登记、加强用药指导和用药监督、推进标准制定和完善风险评估技术规范等促进麦冬安全用药的对策和建议,可为麦冬产业的绿色健康发展提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Ophiopogon japonicus is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine. The reasonable application of plant growth regulators (PGR) could increase the yield of O. japonicus, however, there might be some negative effects by overuse of PGR. In this article, the current state of application of PGR in O. japonicus cultivation in China was summarized, and the residue status of PGR in O. japonicus was reviewed. The effects of PGR on crop yield, agronomic character and appearance, active ingredients of O. japonicus, soil, succeeding crops, and population health were summarized. The countermeasures and suggestions of increasing fundamental research, deepening the connection of management norms, accelerating the pesticide registration, strengthening pesticide guidance and supervision, advancing establishment of standards, and improving risk assessment were put forward to promote the safety application of PGR on O. japonicus, which can provide references for the green and healthy development of O. japonicus industry.
