    Synthesis and Biological Activity of N-{5- ethyl-1,3,4-thiodiazol-2-yl}-N'-aroyl Thioureas

    • 摘要: 通过2-氨基-5- -1,3,4-噻二唑与芳酰基异硫氰酸酯反应,合成了12 个新的芳酰基硫脲,采用核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱和元素分析确证了它们的结构。初步的生物活性测定试验表明,部分化合物具有良好的植物生长调节活性,其中化合物 2c、2j 具有较好的生长素活性,其促进率分别为26.6%与26.9%,但不及对照β-吲哚乙酸。

       

      Abstract: Twelve novel aroyl thioureas have been synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-5- -1,3,4-thiodiazole with aroyl isothiocyanates, their structure were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological activity tests showed that some title compounds possess a good activity as plant growth regulator, 2c and 2j had better activity as auxin, the promoting rate were 26.6% and 26.9%,but they less activity than β-indoleacetic acid.
