Effect of Environmental Conditions on Degradation of Anilofos in Soil

    • The degradation rate of anilofos in soil varied with the environmental conditions. When tempera- ture was 20, 30, 40℃ separately, the degradation rates of anilofos was 10. 4% , 26. 7% and 37. 6% , respec-tively; The degradation rate increased from 45. 0% to 68. 4% when soil water content varied from 30% to 110%. The half-lives of anilofos was 11 d and 15 drespectively, in soils with organic mat ter contents 3. 35% and 0. 55%. When soil pH values were 6. 01 and 7. 98, the half-lives of anilofos were 22d and 15d, respec-tively. These results indicated that organic matter, water contents and temperature of soil enhanced anilofos degradation and the degradation rate of the chemical in alkaline soil was higher than in acid soil.
