The Advances in Research of Inhibitor of Carotenoid Biosynthesis

The mechanisms of carotenoid biosynthesis inhibiting herbicides and the structure-activity relationship of phytoene desaturase inhibitors are summarized. Furthermore, the commercial carotenoid biosynthesis inhibiting herbicides and their herbicidal activity are briefly introduced.
