Synthesis and Fungicidal Activity of Methyl N-methoxy-N- phenylcarbamates

A series of novel methyl N-methoxy-N- phenylcarbamates were synthesized from 3-trifluoromethyl-1-substitutedpyrazolin-5-one and methyl N-methoxy-N-(2-bromomethylphenyl)carbamates. All novel compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR,IR and LC/MS.The preliminary bioassays showed that some compounds had fungicidal activities to Pyricularia oryzae, Botrytis cinerea, and Erysiphe graminis under 50 mg/L,for example,the inhibitory ratio of compound IV13 to P. oryzae was 94%.
