    QuEChERS Cleanup and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Determination of Twelve Pesticide Residues in Lycium barbarum

    • A simple and rapid method was developed for determining twelve pesticide residues in Lycium barbarum. Pesticides were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up by dispersive solid phase extraction using primary secondary amine,detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detector under selective ion monitoring mode,and quantified by matrix-match standard solution. Good linear were obtained ranging 0.01~1.5 mg/kg.Average recoveries of 12 pesticides at three fortified levels were 82.8%~104.6%,86.1%~95.7% and 76.0%~114.0%,respectively.The limits of detection of 12 pesticides were ranging from 2~15 μg/kg.
