Acute Toxicity and Bio-concentration of Fluoroglycofen-ethyl to Brachydonio rerio

The acute toxicity and bio-concentration factor of fluoroglycofen-ethyl were measured by using zebrafish (Brachydonio rerio) as test organism by semi-static method. N,N-Dimethylformamide and tween-80 were used as adjuvant to prepare the solution of fluoroglycofen-ethyl.The LC50 value of fluoroglycofen-ethyl to B.rerio was 3.10 mg/L.When exposed for 8 days,the bio-concentration factor (BCF8d) of fluoroglycofen-ethyl was 1.16 and 2.43 at the concentrations of 0.03 and 0.30 mg/L,respectively. The results suggested that bio-concentration of fluoroglycofen-ethyl in Brachydonio rerio was low.
