Abstract
The effects of 4 liquid formulations (imidacolprid, acetamiprid, imidacloprid+DDVP and DDVP +omethoate) on some physiological indices in weeping willow (Salix babylonica Linn) leaves by trunk injection were reported. The results showed that all of the 4 pesticides caused the decreasing of the amount of total soluble sugar and cellulose in willow leaves after treatments. The decreasing degree varied with the type of pesticides and the time after treatment.Among 4 pesticides, imidacolprid seriously effected on the content of total soluble sugar, the content was reduced 28.31% at 6 d after trunk injection; DDVP+omethoate seriously effected on the content of cellulose, the content was reduced 19.16% at 6 d after trunk injection. All of the 4 pesticides caused the decreasing of the amount of chlorophyll, soluble protein and starch in willow leaves in a short time after treatments, but the amount was increased along with the time.Among 4 pesticides, imidacolprid seriously effected on the content of chlorophyll, the content was increased 19.70% at 15 d after trunk injection;DDVP+ omethoate seriously effected on the content of soluble protein and starch, the content was increased 24.94% and 20.32% at 15 d after trunk injection.
