    The Technology Improvement of the Synthesis of Glyphosate by Glycine

    • In order to recover the solvent efficiently and economically and reduce the release of methyl chloride and other by-products in the technology of synthesis of glyphosate by glycine,the technology improvements,that the solvent can be directly recovered from the anhydrous system after the esterification and do not affect the quality and yield of glyphosate,were made.The technology can not only recycle more than 98% solvent,which can be reused,and 40% ~63% triethylamines,but also reduce the release of methyl chloride by 50% ~81% in the process of acidified hydrolysis.Thus,the total cost of the production of glyphosate can be decreased by 10% ~15%.
