    • 摘要: 综述了细胞色素 P450s纯化和鉴定技术的研究进展。纯化技术包括色谱、电泳和基因克隆技术 ;鉴定方法有光谱测定、酶活测定、电泳分析和蛋白质印迹测定。

       

      Abstract: A brief review on purification and identification of specific cytochrome P450s is given. Purification technologies include chromatography,electrophoresis and gene cloning. Identification methods include spectral determination, enzymatic analysis, electrophoretic analysis, and western blotting.
