    N-芳基噁唑烷酮类化合物的合成及其除草活性

    Synthesis and Herbicidal Activity of N-Aryloxazolidone Derivatives

    • 摘要: 通过 2 -羟基 - 3-甲基 - 3-丁烯腈与不同的取代异氰酸苯酯发生加成环化反应 ,进一步酰化或水解 ,合成了 6个具有 N-芳基噁唑烷酮结构的化合物。其结构经过元素分析、质谱、核磁共振氢谱和红外光谱确认。初步生物活性测试表明 ,其中大部分化合物具有较高的除草活性。

       

      Abstract: Six titled compounds were obtained through an additive cyclizing reaction of 2-hydroxy-3-methyl-3-buteryl cyanide with different substituent phenyl isocyanate and further acylation or hydrolysis.Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis,CIMS, 1H NMR and IR. Preliminary bioassay showed that most of them have good herbicidal activity.
