    Synthesis of 5-Deoxy-5-Methylaminoavermectin B1and Insecticidal Activities

    • 摘要: 由阿维菌素 B1合成了未见文献报道的 5 -脱氧 - 5 -甲氨基阿维菌素 B1,其结构经IR、1H NMR、13C NMR和 MS确证。初步生测结果表明 ,该化合物具有较高的杀虫活性 ,但与母体阿维菌素 B1相比略有降低。

       

      Abstract: The new compound, 5 deoxy 5 methylaminoavermectin B1, was synthesized. Its structure was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and MS. The preliminary bioassay showed that the compound possesses good insecticidal activity but the activity is less than that of avermectin B1.
