    The Screening of Dispersants in Seed Coating Formulations

    • 摘要: 采用尝试法筛选了具有代表性的 2 8种国产分散剂 ,根据其对 2 0 %克·福、2 6%福·多·甲和 2 0 %克·多·甲 3个供试种衣剂配方的分散稳定效果 ,初步筛选出 4种助悬性能较好的分散剂。于 (5 4± 2 )℃条件下进行加速热贮试验 ,结果表明 ,16#分散剂按质量分数6.0 %、4 .0 %、5 .0 %添加 ,可以有效改善 3个种衣剂配方制剂长期贮放的悬浮稳定性 ,与对照相比悬浮率提高 5 0 %以上

       

      Abstract: The delamination caused by the aggregation of particles can be avoided by dispersant. Four dispersant from twenty eight types of domestic dispersant were selected for 20% carbofuran·thiram SCF, 26% thiram·carbendasim·tolclofos methyl SCF and 20% carbofuran·carbendasim·tolclofos methyl SCF. The results of accelerated experiments in the condition of (54±2)℃ showed that the dispersant 16# can improve the suspension stability of the three formulations at the mass fraction of 6.0%,4.0% and 5.0%.
