    Study on key process of preparation of spinosad microsphere:Ⅰ

    • 摘要: 采用乳化-溶剂挥发法,以聚乳酸(PLA)为成球材料制备了多杀菌素微球。研究了分散剂、自然光照、明胶质量浓度和反应温度对多杀菌素微球质量的影响规律。结果表明,以12.5 mg/mL的明胶水溶液作为反应体系的分散剂,在避光30~35 ℃下可制得粒径小且分布均匀、包封率高(>98%)的多杀菌素微球。

       

      Abstract: Spinosad was prepared into microsphere using polylactic acid (PLA) as coating material by emulsion solvent evaporation method.The effects of dispersing agents,natural light,concentration of gelatin,reaction temperature on quality of spinosad microsphere were investigated.The spinosad microsphere,whose diameter was small and evenly distributed,which has a high entrapment rate(>98%),was prepared by the process of using 12.5 mg/mL gelatin aqueous solution as dispersing agents of the system,in condition of lucifuge and between the temperature of 30 ℃ and 35 ℃.
