    Residues and dissipation dynamics of oxine-copper in the apple by gas chromatography-flame thermionic detector

    • 摘要: 为探明喹啉铜在苹果中的安全性,制定喹啉铜在苹果上的安全使用标准,研究了山东烟台、河北石家庄和安徽宿州3个试验点喹啉铜在苹果中的残留消解动态和最终残留量。样品前处理过程中,以乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)作为竞争配体,将喹啉铜转化为8-羟基喹啉,采用气相色谱-氮磷检测器(GC-FTD)检测。结果表明:在0.0605、1.0和2.0 mg/kg 3个添加水平下,喹啉铜的平均添加回收率为80%~98%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.0%~2.3%,在苹果中的定量限为0.0605 mg/kg;喹啉铜在苹果中的消解过程符合一级反应动力学方程,消解速度较快,半衰期为4.4~7.4 d,其在苹果中的残留量随着时间延长而递减。参照我国制定的苹果中喹啉铜限量标准2.0 mg/kg (临时限量),按照本试验剂量和次数施用喹啉铜21 d后,所采收的苹果是安全的。

       

      Abstract: The aim of this study is to evaluate the safety issues of oxine-copper in the apple and to develop a standard procedure for the safe use of oxine-copper. Residue degradations and final residue levels of oxine-copper in the apple from three experimental sites (Yantai, Shandong province, Shijiazhuang, Hebei province and Suzhou, Anhui province) were determined by GC-FTD. In the pretreatment process, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA)was used as a competitive ligand, and oxine-copper was transformed into 8-hydroxyquinoline. The method was validated at three spike levels (0.060 5, 1.0, and 2.0 mg/kg) in the apple. The average recoveries of oxine-copper in the apple were 80%-98%, with RSD of 1.0%-2.3%. The quantification limit of detection of oxine-copper in the apple was 0.060 5 mg/kg. As time went on, the residual contents of oxine-copper in the apple decreased, which accorded with the first-order kinetics equation. The results showed that the dissipation of oxinecopper in the apple was fast, with the half-lives of 4.4-7.4 d. This study also demonstrated that 21 days later, the residues of oxine-copper in the apple were safe at the recommended application dosage and rates according to the MRL of oxine-copper in the apple in China(temporary limit).
