淡色库蚊产卵信息素 (5R, 6S)-6-乙酰氧基-5-十六内酯研究进展

摘要: 对淡色库蚊产卵信息素 (5R, 6S)-6-乙酰氧基-5-十六内酯40年来的研究进展进行了综述，包括信息素的发现、平面结构和立体结构确定、立体异构体的生物活性、化学合成、作用靶标蛋白及应用研究等，旨在推进昆虫信息素在中国媒介害虫防治方面的应用。

Abstract: The research progress of the oviposition pheromone, (5R, 6S)-6-acetoxy-5-hexadecane-olide, of mosquito, Culex pipens fatigans and C. quinquefasciatus in the past 40 years was reviewed, including the discovery, planar and stereo structure determination, the attractive activities of the stereoisomers, synthesis, target protein of binding action and the application of the pheromone. The aim of this reviews is to promote the utility of insect pheromone in the prevention and control of vector insect pest in China.
