    靶向琥珀酸脱氢酶的酰胺类杀菌剂的研究进展

    Research progress on carboxamide fungicides targeting succinate dehydrogenase

    • 摘要: 截至2019年,共有23个琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂类 (SDHIs) 杀菌剂已经上市,该类抑制剂可有效地克服甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂的抗性问题,其近几年销售额的年复合增长速率在杀菌剂中最快,是近年来研究十分活跃的杀菌剂品种之一。本文主要介绍SDHIs杀菌剂的发展脉络、作用机制、构效关系和抗性情况,同时对有重大意义的品种也进行了较为详细的阐述,并对SDHIs杀菌剂的发展趋势进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Up to now, a total of 23 succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors (SDHIs) fungicides have been on the market, which could be used to overcome the resistance of strobilurin fungicides, and its compound annual growth rate of sales was the fastest among fungicides. SDHIs fungicides were also the most active fungicides developed in recent years. In this review, the development of SDHIs fungicides and the mode of action were introduced. In addition, the structure-activity relationship and the resistance of SDHIs were summarized. Meanwhile, some products with great significances were also reviewed in detail. Finally, the development trend of SDHIs fungicides was prospected.
