    L-草铵膦化学合成研究进展

    Research progress on chemical synthesis of L-glufosinate

    • 摘要: L-草铵膦是一种高效、广谱、环境友好的新型除草剂,具有较好的经济性和广阔的应用前景,其合成方法主要有化学合成法和生物催化法。本文在对近年来L-草铵膦化学合成方法调研的基础上,分类介绍了通过手性诱导合成、以手性原料为手性源合成和不对称催化合成等方法合成L-草铵膦的研究进展,并对该领域进行了总结与展望,可为L-草铵膦的后续研究提供参考。

       

      Abstract: L-Glufosinate is a new-type herbicide with high herbicidal activity, broad-spectrum and environmental friendliness. It has high cost efficiency and broader application prospects and can be synthesized by chemical synthesis and biocatalytic transformation. On the basis of the investigation of the synthesis methods of L-glufosinate in recent years, the research progress by different synthesis methods of L-glufosinate, such as chiral induction, chiral material, and asymmetric catalysis, were introduced. Finally, the future trends are discussed, which provides valuable information for the follow-up research of the L-glufosinate.
