    噻虫胺等七种杀虫剂对黄曲条跳甲的毒力

    Toxicity of clothianidin and other insecticides to Phyllotreta striolata

    • 摘要: 采用浸叶法测定了噻虫胺、高效氯氟氰菊酯等7种药剂及其混用对黄曲条跳甲的毒力及增效作用。结果显示:7种药剂中噻虫胺对黄曲条跳甲的毒力最高,LC50值为315.1 mg/L,其毒力倍数是呋虫胺的3.23倍;其次为噻虫嗪和高效氯氟氰菊酯,LC50值分别为473.1和543.1 mg/L。噻虫胺与高效氯氟氰菊酯按5:5、4:6、3:7、2:8和1:9 的质量比混用,其LC50值分别是215.6、307.1、334.1、232.6和240.7 mg/L,均表现为增效作用,其中2:8和1:9 混用的共毒系数分别达203.9和210.5,增效最显著;噻虫胺与丁烯氟虫腈按5:5、4:6、3:7、2:8和1:9 的比例混用,其LC50值分别为409.2、356.9、338.1、402.4和392.6 mg/L,除5:5 混用表现为相加作用外,其余配比均表现为增效作用,其中1:9 混用共毒系数为182.1,增效显著;噻虫胺与杀虫单按5:5、4:6、3:7、2:8和1:9 的比例混用,其LC50值分别为479.4、540.0、454.8、737.0和878.7 mg/L,其中3:7混用的共毒系数为127.9,有明显的增效作用,其余配比均表现为相加作用。噻虫胺与高效氯氟氰菊酯、丁烯氟虫腈、杀虫单混用增效作用明显,可以作为防治黄曲条跳甲的高效药剂。

       

      Abstract: The toxicity and synergistic effects of seven insecticides and their mixtures to Phyllotreta striolata were tested by leaf-dipping method. The results showed that the toxicity of clothianidin was the highest, with LC50 value of 315.1 mg/L, and the toxicity ratio was 3.23-fold higher than that of dinotefuran. Thiamethoxam and lambda-cyhalothrin also had high toxicity to P. striolata, with LC50 values of 473.1 and 543.1 mg/L, respectively. The mixtures of clothianidin and lambda-cyhalothrin with ratios of 5:5, 4:6, 3:7, 2:8, 1:9 showed synergistic effects on P. striolata, with LC50 values of 215.6, 307.1, 334.1, 232.6, 240.7 mg/L, respectively, among which the 2:8 and 1:9 group showed the highest synergism, with co-toxicity coefficient of 203.9 and 210.5 respectively. Clothianidin and butene-fipronil mixed at the ratios of 5:5, 4:6, 3:7, 2:8 and 1:9 exhibited LC50values of 409.2, 356.9, 338.1, 402.4 and 392.6 mg/L, respectively, indicating most groups showed synergism against P. striolata except that of 5:5, and among which the 1:9 group showed the highest synergistic effect, with co-toxicity coefficient of 182.1. When the mixed ratios of clothianidin and monosultap were 5:5, 4:6, 3:7, 2:8, 1:9, the LC50values were 479.4, 540.0, 454.8, 737.0, 878.7 mg/L, respectively; the mixture at ratio of 3:7 showed synergism effect, with co-toxicity coefficient of 127.9, while others showed additive effects. The mixtures of clothianidin and lambda-cyhalothrin, butene-fipronil and monosultap, respectively, showed high synergism against P. striolata, suggesting they could be used to control the pest.
