Abstract:
Based on the analytical method for the determination of sulcotrione residue in soil by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS), the leaching behavior of sulcotrione in three Chinese typical soils was studied using thin soil layer method in laboratory condition. The results showed that the recovery rates were between 80% and 104%, with RSDs of 1.2% to 8.1% at spiked level of 1 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg, the LOQ was 0.1 mg/kg. Results of soil leaching test for sulcotrione showed that Rf (rate of flow)of sulcotrione in fluvo-aquic (Hebei), red (Hunan) and black soil (Jilin) were 0.563,0.101 and 0.422 respectively. Consequently, it's concluded that the migrations of sulcotrione in fluvo-aquic and black soil were middle and with low mobility in red soil. The characteristic of soil leaching for sulcotrione was related to the physical and chemical properties of soil, such as pH and clay contents.
