    磺草酮在土壤中的淋溶特性研究

    Study on the leaching behavior of sulcotrione in soil

    • 摘要: 基于所建立的土壤中磺草酮残留的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法,通过土壤薄层层析试验研究了磺草酮在中国3种典型土壤中的淋溶特性。结果表明:添加水平为1和10 mg/kg时,磺草酮在土壤中的添加回收率为80%~104%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~8.1%,最低检测浓度为0.1 mg/kg。磺草酮在河北潮土、湖南红土和吉林黑土中的比移值(Rf)分别为 0.563、0.101 和0.422,其在潮土和黑土中的移动性为中等,在红土中为不易移动;磺草酮在土壤中的淋溶特性与土壤理化性质密切相关, 主要影响因素是土壤pH值及黏粒组分含量。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analytical method for the determination of sulcotrione residue in soil by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS), the leaching behavior of sulcotrione in three Chinese typical soils was studied using thin soil layer method in laboratory condition. The results showed that the recovery rates were between 80% and 104%, with RSDs of 1.2% to 8.1% at spiked level of 1 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg, the LOQ was 0.1 mg/kg. Results of soil leaching test for sulcotrione showed that Rf (rate of flow)of sulcotrione in fluvo-aquic (Hebei), red (Hunan) and black soil (Jilin) were 0.563,0.101 and 0.422 respectively. Consequently, it's concluded that the migrations of sulcotrione in fluvo-aquic and black soil were middle and with low mobility in red soil. The characteristic of soil leaching for sulcotrione was related to the physical and chemical properties of soil, such as pH and clay contents.
