    土壤环境因子对氯胺嘧草醚除草活性的影响

    Influence of soil environmental factors on herbicidal activity of ZJ1835

    • 摘要: 采用常规室内生物测定法,研究了土壤环境因子对氯胺嘧草醚开发代号ZJ1835,化学名称为N-(2-氯-6-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-氧基)苄基)苯胺除草活性的影响。结果表明:土壤质地、pH值、有机质含量、土壤湿度和温度对其除草活性均能产生一定影响。氯胺嘧草醚在砂土和黏土中的活性高于壤土,其除草活性随土壤有机质含量、pH值和土壤湿度的升高而升高,而温度偏高或偏低均不利于其药效发挥,在15~25 ℃环境条件下除草活性最佳。

       

      Abstract: Influence of soil environmental factors on herbicidal activity of ZJ1835 N-(2-chlorine-6-(4,6-dimethoxy pyrimidine-2-oxygroup) benzyl) aniline was carried out by traditional bioassay methods. The results showed that all the factors have an effect on activity of ZJ1835, including soil texture, pH value, organic matter content, moisture and temperature. ZJ1835 had higher activity in sand soil and clay soil than in loamy soil. The activity would enhance with increasing of the organic matter content, pH value and moisture of soil. There was no obvious positive or negative correlation between activity of ZJ1835 and temperature. It would be suggested that the reasonable range of temperature for the herbicidal activity of ZJ1835 was 15 ℃ to 25 ℃.
