    冬青卫矛内生放线菌Streptomyces flavofuscus G1 发酵液中抑菌活性成分研究

    Investigation on antimicrobial compounds from fermentation broth of Streptomyces flavofuscus G1, an endophyte isolated from Euonymus japonicas

    • 摘要: 从冬青卫矛内生放线菌Streptomyces flavofuscus G1的发酵液中分离得到化合物G13和G19。经核磁共振波谱及质谱分析,并结合相关文献,两个化合物分别被鉴定为phencomycin(G13)和4'-deacetyl-(-)-griseusin A(G19)。抑菌活性测定结果表明: G19对水稻白叶枯病菌Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae、铜绿假单孢菌Pseudomonas aeruginosa(1.203 1)、蜡状芽孢杆菌Bacillus cereus(1.184 6)及金黄色葡萄球菌Staphyloccocus aureus(1.008 9)等供试病原细菌具有强烈的抑制作用,其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值均为1.56 μg/mL;对苹果树腐烂病菌Valsa mali和小麦赤霉病菌Fusarium graminearum菌丝生长亦有明显的抑制作用,其IC50值分别为14.70和24.35 μg/mL。而G13对植物病原真菌油菜菌核病菌Sclerotinia sclerotiorum和苹果树腐烂病菌V. mali菌丝生长有强烈的抑制作用,其IC50值分别为5.21 和4.82 μg/mL。

       

      Abstract: Two antimicrobial compounds, G13 and G19, were isolated from fermentation broth of actinomycete Streptomyces flavofuscus G1, an endophyte isolated from Euonymus japonicas. The structures of G13 and G19 were identified as phencomycin(G13)and 4'-deacetyl-(-)-griseusin A(G19), respectively, based on the 1H NMR and 13C NMR and ESI-MS data, as well as the published literatures. G19 showed strong antibacterial activity against Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Bacillus cereus and Staphylococcus aureuse, with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) value of 1.56 μg/mL. In addition, G19 could also effectively inhibit the mycelial growth of plant pathogenic fungi Valsa mali and Fusarium graminearum, and the IC50 values were 14.70 and 24.35 μg/mL, respectively. G13 exhibited strong antifungal activity against the mycelial growth of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and V. mali, with IC50 values of 5.21 and 4.82 μg/mL, respectively.
