    Analysis of α-Terthienyl, a Typical Light-activated Insecticide by HPLC

    • 摘要: 建立了典型光活化杀虫剂 α-三噻吩 (α- terthienyl,简称 α- T)的 HPL C分析方法。研究表明 ,峰面积和峰高均可作为该化合物的定量评价指标 ,并以菜粉蝶 Pierisrapae幼虫为例 ,证明紫外光照以及光照的先后顺序都与试虫对该化合物的代谢与排泄有关。

       

      Abstract: A determination of α-terthienyl, a typical light activated insecticide, by high performance liquid chromatography was reported. The results indicated that both peak area and peak height could be used as index of quantitative and qualitative analysis, and that, both the ultraviolet radiation and the sequence of radiation had a great influence on metabolism and excretion of α- terthienyl in Pierisrapae larvae.
