    Synthesis and Biological Activities of N-Alkyl-Benzo1,2,3thiadiazole-7-Formamide

    • 摘要: 合成了未见文献报道的 14个 N-烷基 - 1,2 ,3苯并噻二唑 - 7-甲酰胺类化合物 ,所有新化合物经元素分析、1H NMR、IR确认 ,化合物 - 1表现出一定的诱导抗性活性。

       

      Abstract: Fourteen new benzothiadiazoles 7 formamides were prepared. The structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, 1H NMR and IR. The preliminary bioassay showed that some of them had fungicidal activities and induced resistance activities to pseudomonas lachrymalns on living cumcumber in vivo.
