    • 摘要: 分子印迹是近年来迅速发展起来的一种分子识别技术, 以此为原理的分离和检测方法日益增多。重点对有关技术在痕量分析中的研究与应用进行了综述, 包括分子印迹原理、分子印迹聚合物制备方法、应用、存在的问题及其发展前景。

       

      Abstract: Mo lecularimp rinting, an emerging technique for preparing synthet ic polymers with molecular recognition, is developing rap idly in these years. The molecularly imp rinted polymers (MIPs) with tailo r-made recognit ion sites are very po tential for selective separat ion and determ inat ion of t race analysis for drugs or pest icides. MIPs and their application to trace analysis, including recognit ion princip les, preparation, current app licat ions, problems and their future are discussed in th is review , with 86 references.
