    Effects of Plant Growth Regulator DTA-6 on Sweet Pea

    • 摘要: 以美国菜用甜豌豆“甜脆蜜”为试验材料, 研究了植物生长调节剂DTA 26 对甜豌豆产量和品质的影响。结果表明,DTA 26 处理能: 1) 显著提高甜碗豆单株生产能力, 单位面积产量均高于清水对照; 2) 提高了根系还原力和叶片叶绿素含量; 3) 使甜豌豆主要营养成分如可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸的含量均有提高。DTA 26 处理菜用甜豌豆可使产量和品质协同提高。

       

      Abstract: The yield and quality of American sweet pea was studied by using the plant growth regulator DTA-26 in Beijing and Tianjin in 2000 and 2001. The plantsw as treated with DTA 26 and clean water as CK in the experiment. The result showed that the fresh and dry weight of plant and the weight of fruit per plant were increased by DTA 26, the yield was improved. The amount of water-so luble sugars and water-so luble protein and free am ino-acids were increased, thus improved the nut ritional quality of the bean. At the same time, the activity of root and the content of chlorophyll were increased. The experiment proved that the plant growth regulator DTA 26 imp roved the quality and yield of sweet pea.
