    20%多效唑·甲哌 FEE7 微乳剂防止小麦倒伏和增产机理研究

    Effects of 20% Paclobutrazol·Mepiquat Chloride Micro-emulsion on Lodging Resistance and Yield of Winter Wheat and Its Physiological Mechanism

    • 摘要: 冬小麦二棱期喷施植物生长调节剂20%多效唑·甲哌 FEE7 微乳剂375 mL/hm2,可以显著抑制茎秆基部节间伸长,增加各节间充实度,其中赤霉素(GAs)和生长素(IAA)降低, 可显著增强小麦抗倒伏能力和降低田间倒伏率。处理还协调了穗数、穗粒数和粒重的关系,增产幅度6.2%~28.6%。 增产原因可能在于促进籽粒灌浆强,增加籽粒中内源GAs、IAA、细胞分裂素(CTKs)的水平,增强了籽粒库活性,同时促进茎叶中干物质向籽粒运转。

       

      Abstract: The effects of 20% paclobutrazol·mepiquat chloride micro-emulsion(20% P·M ME),a new plant growth regulator,sprayed at the early double-ridge stage,on lodging resistance and yields of winter wheat were studied. The length and the dry weight per unit length of basal internodes were significantly increased, while both the lodging ratio and inclination angle under field condition were reduced. These effects might be caused by the declining of GAs content and IAA content. All the ear number per hm2, grain number per ear, grains weight were improved,and the yield was increased by 6.2%~28.6%. It was indicated that 20% P·M ME could accelerate grain filling after the mid-milky stage, and the contents GAs and Z+ZR in the whole period of grain development were higher than control. But the content of IAA was lowered in the earlier stage while increased after 18 days after flowering. All the changes of levels of GAs, CTKs and IAA, promotion of source activity and filling rate,stimulation of assimilates exportation from stalks and leaves might be attributed to the effects of 20% P·M ME on yields.
