    The Roles of Carboxylesterase and Acetylcholinesterase Insensitivity in Development of Methamidophos Resistance in Nilaparvata lugens

    • 摘要: 室内抗药性筛选表明,褐飞虱对甲胺磷的抗性呈"快-慢-快"的发展趋势:第1到第4代抗性上升缓慢;第5代到第15代迅速上升,其中又呈现2个发展阶段,以第9代为拐点;第15代后抗性上升变慢。羧酸酯酶在抗药性上升中可能起到十分重要的作用,与LD50变化存在很高的相关性,达到极显著水平,相关系数为0.990 6。乙酰胆碱酯酶不敏感性在抗性发展后期变化很大,第8代到第16代间,与LD50变化存在极显著相关性,相关系数为0.970 1。由此可见,羧酸酯酶可能在褐飞虱对甲胺磷抗性的持续发展中起十分重要的作用,而乙酰胆碱酯酶不敏感性在抗性发展的后期阶段可能起到很重要作用。

       

      Abstract: The resistance of methamidophos in N. lugens was selected in laboratory and the successive changes in carboxylesterase (CarE) and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) insensitivity were also analyzed. The results showed that the speed of methamidophos resistance development varied with generations. Resistance change was small before the fifth generation and after the fifteenth generation, and the change was sharp between the fifth and the fifteenth generations with one inflexion at ninth generation. The rise of CarE activity was very significantly correlated with the resistance change of F0~F16, with the correlative index 0.990 6. And AChE insensitivity (I50) from F8 to F16 also had the significant correlation with the resistance development, with the correlative index 0.970 1. Therefore, it was concluded that the increasing of CarE activity may play an important role in the resistance development and the AChE insensitivity also may play an important role at the late stage of the resistance development.
