    速霸螨水乳剂在柑橘及土壤中的残留动态研究

    Residue Dynamics of Superman EW in Citrus and Soil

    • 摘要: 为评价速霸螨(唑螨酯+炔螨特)水乳剂在柑橘上使用后的残留行为及环境安全性,采用HPLC测定方法,对速霸螨在柑橘及土壤中的残留进行了研究,结果表明:1)唑螨酯在柑橘、土壤中的半衰期分别为6.8 d和10.6 d;2)炔螨特在柑橘、土壤中的半衰期分别为30.3 d和13.4 d;3)速霸螨在正常使用剂量下,两种有效成分在柑橘果肉和果皮中的残留量都低于最大残留限量,保证了柑橘食用的安全性。

       

      Abstract: A HPLC method was carried out to evaluate the degradation behavior and environmental security of Superman EW, the mixture of fenpyroximate and propargite, in citrus and soil. The results were as follows: 1) The half-lives of fenpyroximate in soil and citrus were 6.8 d and 10.6 d, respectively. 2) The half-lives of propargite in soil and citrus were 30.3 d and 13.4 d, respectively. 3) When Superman EW was applied in recommended dose, residues of the two effective components stated above were much lower than MRL,which ensured edilble safety of citrus.
