    Synthesis and Biological Activity of Methyl N-Methoxylcarbamates Containing Pyrimidine

    • 摘要: 为了寻找高效、低毒的新农药,采用活性结构拼接法设计合成了9个新的含嘧啶环的N-甲氧基氨基甲酸甲酯类化合物( 4a~4i ),其结构经IR、1H NMR、LC/MS和元素分析确证。生物活性测定结果表明,部分化合物在50 mg/L下对小麦赤霉病菌Gibberella zeae、稻瘟病菌Pyricularia oryzae 和灰霉病菌Botrytis cinerea有较好的抑菌活性,其中 4b、4i 对小麦赤霉病菌的抑制率分别为90.9%和82.6%, 4c、4f 对稻瘟病菌的抑制率分别为86.8%和80.0%。

       

      Abstract: In an attempt to find novel compounds with high activity and low toxicity, nine novel methyl N-methoxylcarbamates containing pyrimidine derivatives ( 4a~4i ) were designed and synthesized through substructure link principle. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR、IR、LC/MS and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological activity test showed that some compounds possessed fungicidal activities against Gibberella zeae,Pyricularia oryzae and Botrytis cinerea at the concentration of 50 mg/L. The inhibitory ratio of 4b and 4i against G. zeae were 90.9% and 82.6%.The inhibitory ratio of 4c and 4f against P.oryzae were 86.8% and 80.0%,respectively.
