    不同生境的草间钻头蛛种群对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的敏感性及体内解毒酶活性的测定

    Measurement on Susceptibility to Pyrethroids and Detoxified Enzymes Activities of Hylyphantes graminicola from Different Habitats

    • 摘要: 采用浸渍法测定了不同生境的草间钻头蛛Hylyphantes graminicola种群对氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯的敏感性,并对其体内的酯酶、多功能氧化酶-O-脱甲基和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的活性进行了测定。结果表明,不同生境的草间钻头蛛种群对3种拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂的敏感水平不同:草丛种群最为敏感;棉田种群的抗药性最强,其中对氰戊菊酯的抗药性最高,相对抗性指数为14.61,达到中抗水平;其他种群对3种杀虫剂较敏感或抗性较低。5种生境草间钻头蛛体内的酯酶、多功能氧化酶-O-脱甲基和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的活性均以草丛种群最低,棉田种群最高。酯酶和多功能氧化酶-O-脱甲基活性的增强可能是棉田草间钻头蛛种群对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂不敏感或产生抗性的原因。

       

      Abstract: The susceptibility of five populations of Hylyphantes graminicola collected from different habitats in Wuhan,China,to fenvalerate,deltamathrin and fenvalerate were investigated by dipping methods. The results showed that H.graminicola from different habitats had different sensitivity level to pyrethroids.H.graminicola from grass field was the most sensitive population to the 3 pyrethroids,and that from cotton field developed middle level of resistance to fenvalerate and the relative resistant index was 14.61.Biochemical study showed that the activities of esterase,MFO-O-demethylation and GST of the grass field population were the lowest,while the activities of esterase and MFO-O-demethylation of the cotton field population were the highest.It was suggested that the resistance of H.graminicola to pyrethroids may be related to the increased activities of esterase and MFO-O-demethylation.
