    光肩星天牛幼虫感染绿僵菌后血淋巴中游离氨基酸含量的变化

    Changes of the Contents of Free Amino Acids in Haemolymph of Anoplophora glabripennis Larvae Infected with Metarhizium anisopliae

    • 摘要: 采用高效液相色谱法测定了感染绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae后光肩星天牛Anoplophora glabripennis幼虫血淋巴中游离氨基酸的含量。结果表明,光肩星天牛幼虫血淋巴中共检测出 17种游离氨基酸,感染绿僵菌后不同时段,游离氨基酸总量呈现先下降后上升的变化趋势。感染24 ~72 h时,幼虫血淋巴中游离氨基酸总量与对照组相比均呈小幅下降趋势,各时间点氨基酸总量互有高低,但相差不大;感染72 h后至120 h时,游离氨基酸总量明显下降,120 h时降到最低值1 042.33 mg/100 mL;之后急剧上升,144和168 h时分别为120 h时的1.44和1.51倍。赖氨酸、缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸、精氨酸、酪氨酸、苏氨酸、异亮氨酸、组氨酸、亮氨酸、丙氨酸、甘氨酸、蛋氨酸含量的变化与游离氨基酸总量的变化趋势大体一致;而脯氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸、胱氨酸的含量呈波动变化。

       

      Abstract: The contents of free amino acids in the haemolymph of Anoplophora glabripennis larvae infected with Metarhizium anisopliae were measured by HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatograph).The results showed that there are 17 kinds of free amino acids in the haemolymph of A.glabripennis larvae.During different post-infection periods,the total contents of free amino acids fell first and rose later.After infection by M.anisopliae,the total contents of free amino acids in the haemolymph of A.glabripennis larvae decreased in a small scale compared with that of the control from 24 to 72 hours.The contents fluctuated but the difference was not marked at the 3 time points of measurement.The contents decreased significantly from after 72 hours up to 120 hours and reached the lowest value (1042.33 mg/100 mL) at 120 hours post-infection.Afterwards the contents increased sharply.The total contents at 144 hours and 168 hours were 1.44 and 1.51-fold of that at 120 hours, respectively.The trends of changes of the contents of free amino acids,Lys,Val,Phe,Arg,Tyr,Thr, Ile,His,Leu,Ala,Gly and Met,were similar as that of the total.Meanwhile the contents of the free amino acids,Pro,Ser,Glu,Asp and Cys,fluctuated.
