    Synthesis and biological activity of O,O-dialkyl (3-benzoylthioureido) (phenyl) methylphosphonates

    • 摘要: 通过 α- 氨基膦酸酯与取代苯甲酰基异硫氰酸酯反应,合成了10个新的含磷苯甲酰基硫脲化合物 5a~5h, 其结构均经核磁共振氢谱、质谱、红外光谱和元素分析确证。初步的生物活性试验表明,化合物 5j 在500 mg/L质量浓度下对蚜虫的致死率为88%。

       

      Abstract: Ten novel O,O-dialkyl(3-benzoylthioureido)(phenyl)methylphosphonates were synthesized by the reaction of α -aminophosphonates with substituted benzoyl isosulfocyanic esters.Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR,MS,IR spectra and elemental analysis.The preliminary bioassay indicated that the compound 5j showed significant insecticidal activitity on Aphis fabae at 500 mg/L.
