Synthesis and biological activity of O,O-dialkyl (3-benzoylthioureido) (phenyl) methylphosphonates
Ten novel O,O-dialkyl(3-benzoylthioureido)(phenyl)methylphosphonates were synthesized by the reaction of α -aminophosphonates with substituted benzoyl isosulfocyanic esters.Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR,MS,IR spectra and elemental analysis.The preliminary bioassay indicated that the compound 5j showed significant insecticidal activitity on Aphis fabae at 500 mg/L.
