    Some considerations on dietary exposure assessment of pesticide residues in food

    • 摘要: 文章从中国制定食品中农药最大残留限量(MRL)标准和进行农药残留膳食暴露评估常用的术语及模型出发,就相关研究及数据选择中易出现的问题,如定义不准确、数据选择偏差、模型模糊、结论依据不足等进行了分析评述,提出了作者的见解和观点,以期加深理解,达成共识,正确应用风险评估原则,完善风险评估研究方法,从而提高风险评估对食品中农药残留管理的支撑水平。

       

      Abstract: Considering the correct use of terminology, and model describing the dietary exposure of pesticide residues in food during the process of establishing pesticide maximum residue limits as Chinese food safety standards, and supporting dietary exposure assessment of pesticide residues in food, the author gives his understanding, and views of the status on definition of terminology, data selection, fitness of the models used, and appropriateness of conclusions during risk assessment. The paper is expected to trigger the discussion between the counterparts in order to better understand about the dietary exposure assessment, apply correctly the risk assessment principles, and promote the risk management of pesticide residues in food.
