手性琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂类杀菌剂的研究进展

    The development of chiral succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors

    • 摘要: 琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂类(succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors,SDHIs)杀菌剂是第三大类杀菌剂,因其具有广谱杀菌特性广泛用于防治各类植物的真菌性病害。目前,市场化的SDHIs类杀菌剂中有8种具有手性特征,本文以其为研究对象,从分离分析方法、生物活性、环境行为、生态毒性四方面对其对映体选择性进行阐述,以期为后续手性SDHIs类高效绿色单体开发应用提供理论基础,为其在农业生产过程中的安全合理使用提供科学指导。

       

      Abstract: Succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors (SDHIs) are the third largest class of fungicides. Because of their broad-spectrum bactericidal properties, they are widely used to control various types of plant fungi. At present, there were 8 SDHIs with chiral characters, which show enantioselectivity in many aspects. Therefore, this paper focused on these pesticides, including their enantioselective separation and analytical methodology, biological activity, environmental fate and ecological toxicity. This manuscript provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent research on the development and application of chiral SDHIs as efficient green monomers and provides scientific guidance on the safe and reasonable application of chiral SDHIs in the process of agricultural production.
