锰基纳米酶在有机磷类农药残留检测中的应用研究进展

    Research progress on the application of manganese-based nanoenzyme in the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues

    • 摘要: 有机磷类农药残留对农产品安全和人类健康具有潜在威胁,而传统的检测技术大多依赖于昂贵的大型仪器,难以满足即时迅速的检测要求,因此发展准确、便携、灵敏的快速检测技术具有重要的现实意义。目前,由于锰基纳米酶优异的催化性能以及纳米酶检测技术在农药残留检测领域的迅猛发展,由锰基纳米酶介导的快速检测方法已受到广泛关注。本文以典型纳米酶催化剂锰基纳米酶为例,主要从生物传感检测、光谱检测、多模态检测、智能手机辅助检测等方面,重点介绍了有机磷类农药残留快速检测技术的研究及应用进展,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望,以期为锰基纳米酶在有机磷类农药残留检测领域的进一步应用提供理论支撑。

       

      Abstract: The residue of organophosphorus pesticides poses potential threat to the safety of agricultural products and human health, while the traditional detection techniques mostly rely on costly and bulky instruments, which are difficult to meet the requirements of instant and rapid detection. Therefore, the development of accurate, portable, and sensitive rapid detection technologies has important practical significance. At present, due to the excellent catalytic performance of manganese-based nanoenzymes and the rapid development of nanoenzyme detection technique for in pesticide residue detection, the rapid detection technology mediated by manganese-based nanoenzymes has received widespread attention. Taking the typical nanoenzyme catalyst manganese-based nanoenzymes as an example, this paper focuses on the research and application progress of rapid detection technology for the residue detection of organophosphorus pesticides, mainly from the aspects of biosensor detection, spectral detection, multimodal detection, and smartphone-assisted detection. It also looks forward to its future development direction, aiming to provide theoretical support for the further application of manganese-based nanoenzymes in the residue detection field of organophosphorus pesticides.
