作物中农药残留代谢研究与应用进展

    Progress in the research and application of pesticide residue metabolism in crops

    • 摘要: 农药代谢物是残留物的重要组成部分,也是评估农药安全性和制定残留限量标准 (MRL) 的关键依据。农药在作物中的代谢过程复杂多样,其代谢产物的形成、分布及特性不仅影响残留物定义的科学性,还对分析方法的开发提出了更高的要求和挑战。本文从作物中农药的代谢规律和代谢机制入手,系统梳理了代谢物的产生途径和特征,重点总结了当前代谢物残留分析技术的发展现状,旨在为农作物中农药的代谢机制研究和代谢物残留监测提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Pesticide metabolites are important components of pesticide residues, and serve as key basis for the risk assessment of pesticides and establishment of the maximum residue limits (MRLs). The metabolic processes of pesticides in crops are complex and diverse. The formation, distribution, and characteristics of the metabolites not only affect the scientific determination of the definition of residue, but also present higher demands and challenges for the development of analytical methods. In this paper, the metabolic patterns and mechanisms of pesticides in crops were outlined, the generation pathways and characteristics of metabolites were analyzed, and the developments in analytical techniques for metabolite residue detection were summarized. It provides a reference for studying pesticide metabolism mechanisms in crops and the scientific monitoring of pesticide residues.
