植物生长调节剂对糜黍生长发育的影响及评价

    Effects and evaluation of spraying plant growth regulators on the growth and development of Panicum miliaceum

    • 摘要: 为探究不同发育期喷施植物生长调节剂对糜黍抗倒伏能力、生理生化指标以及产量的综合影响,以糜黍品种‘晋黍8号’为供试材料,分别于分蘖期和拔节期喷施调环酸钙、甲哌鎓、矮壮素、乙烯利4种植物生长调节剂,探究其对糜黍光合特性、茎秆力学特征、茎秆酶活性、茎秆激素以及产量等指标的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,在拔节期喷施调环酸钙可使糜黍叶面积 (LA) 显著提高28.38%;两时期施用4种植物生长调节剂对叶片净光合速率 (Pn) 均无显著影响,但调环酸钙和乙烯利均对叶片叶绿素含量 (SPAD) 有显著影响;植物生长调节剂可显著提高糜黍植株基部茎粗和茎秆抗折力,且两时期喷施调环酸钙均能显著降低植株的倒伏指数,并显著提高茎秆中过氧化物酶(POD)、酪氨酸解氨酶(TAL)活性和吲哚乙酸含量(IAA);与对照组相比,在分蘖期和拔节期施用植物生长调节剂,可使糜黍产量分别提高3.72%~45.08%和28.30%~43.31%。基于优劣解距离法 (TOPSIS) 与秩和比评价法(RSR),对施用不同植物生长调节剂的影响大小进行评价,结果表明,在糜黍分蘖期和拔节期喷施调环酸钙对糜黍的光合作用、抗倒伏能力和产量的综合影响最佳。

       

      Abstract: To explore the comprehensive effects of spraying plant growth regulators at different developmental stages on the lodging resistance, physiological and biochemical parameters, and yield of Panicum miliaceumJinshu 8’ was employed as the test material, and four plant growth regulators, prohexadione calcium, mepiquat, chlormequat chloride, and ethephon, were applied at the tillering stage and jointing stage to investigate their effects on photosynthetic characteristics, mechanical properties of stem, stem enzyme activities, stem hormone contents, and yield. The results showed that spraying prohexadione calcium at the jointing stage significantly increased the leaf area (LA) by 28.38% compared with the control. The application of the four growth regulators at both stages had no significant effect on the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), while prohexadione calcium and ethephon significantly affected the leaf's relative chlorophyll content (SPAD). The spraying of plant growth regulators significantly increased the basal stem diameter and stem-breaking strength of P. miliaceum plants. Spraying prohexadione calcium at both stages significantly reduced the lodging index of plants and significantly increased the activities of peroxidase (POD) and tyrosine ammonia-lyase (TAL) and the content of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) in stems. Compared with the control, the application of plant growth regulators at the tillering stage and jointing stage increased the yield of P. miliaceum by 3.72%-45.08% and 28.30%-43.31%, respectively. Finally, based on the TOPSIS and RSR analyses, the efficacy of applying different plant growth regulators was evaluated, the results showed that spraying prohexadione calcium at the tillering stage and jointing stage had the best comprehensive effects on the photosynthesis, lodging resistance, and yield of P. miliaceum.
