果园风送对靶变量施药关键技术及装备研究进展

    Research progress on key technologies and equipment for air-assisted to target variable pesticide application in domestic orchards

    • 摘要: 应用智能化技术实现农药精准喷施的高工效果园喷雾机械是果园植保装备领域未来的发展方向。风送对靶变量喷雾作为果园省药高效的施药技术,具有施药精准、穿透性强、喷雾分布均匀等优点,是果园植保技术可持续发展的必然选择。近年来,研究者围绕果园风送对靶变量施药开展了自动对靶、高效仿形和精准变量等关键技术研究,通过理论建模、设计加工和试验改进等手段,研制出了自主行走控制的智能高效、精准喷洒的果园风送施药机械,成功打造了减施增效果树施药作业新模式,对提高果园作业效率、降低人力成本、减少农药使用,以及提升高端植保农机智能装备核心竞争力与自主创新能力均具有重大意义。本文综合阐述了果园风送施药技术的成因、原理和意义,论述了果园风送对靶变量施药的自动对靶、高效仿形和精准变量3种关键喷雾技术及装备的原理、特点,结合当前果园施药的基础理论、作业过程和技术装备,系统总结了相关领域的研究现状和发展历程,针对当前果园风送对靶变量施药技术及装备存在的问题和难点,提出了其未来的研究方向和发展建议,以期为后续相关研究提供理论思路和技术参考。

       

      Abstract: High efficiency orchard spray with intelligent technology to achieve accurate pesticide spraying is the future development direction of orchard plant protection equipment in China. As an efficient and economical application technology for orchards, spray with targeted variable air-assisted has the advantages of accurate application, strong penetration and even distribution of spray, which is an inevitable technical choice for the sustainable development of orchard plant protection technology. In recent years, researchers have conducted studies on key technologies such as automatic targeting, efficient profiling, and precise variable spraying in orchard air-assisted for targeted variable pesticide application. Through theoretical modelling, design and processing, and experimental improvement, intelligent, efficient, and precise spraying orchard air-assisted pesticide application machinery with autonomous walking control has been developed. This has successfully created a new mode of fruit tree pesticide application with reduced usage and increased efficiency. This is of great significance for improving orchard operation efficiency, cutting labor costs, reducing pesticide use, and enhancing the core competitiveness and independent innovation capabilities of high-end plant protection intelligent agricultural machinery. This paper comprehensively elaborates on the origins, principles and significance of orchard air-assisted spraying technology, discusses the principles and characteristics of three key spray technologies and equipment: automatic targeting, efficient profiling and accurate variable spraying of orchard air-assisted spraying on target variables. Based on the state of basic theory, operational process, and technical equipment of orchard pesticide application, this paper systematically summarizes the research status and development history in related fields. Finally, it addresses the challenges and difficulties in current orchard air-assisted spraying on target variables technology and equipment, and proposes suggestions for its future research direction and development, aiming to provide theoretical ideas and technical references for discussion.
