防治作物根结线虫病农药制剂的特性、纳米化需求及对策

    Characteristics, nano-formulating requirements and countermeasures of pesticide formulations for controlling crop root-knot nematode diseases

    • 摘要: 随着设施农业的快速发展,蔬菜等作物根结线虫病发生与为害程度逐年加剧,对新型高效、环境友好型杀线虫制剂的需求显著增加。近年来,纳米农药制剂的研究发展迅速,在提高药剂生物利用率和降低用药量方面潜力巨大。本文主要从杀线虫纳米制剂的加工工艺、应用现状和特点等方面综述了杀线虫剂及其防治根结线虫病的纳米化需求。相较于传统制剂,纳米制剂的小尺寸效应能够显著提高其杀线虫活性;对纳米载体进行功能化修饰,还可使其具备如提高纳米制剂在土壤中的移动性,改善对根结线虫表皮及植物根系的渗透性能,以及实现纳米载体对酶、pH值等特定影响因子的响应释放等诸多功能,提高综合防控效果。但杀线虫剂的纳米化目前也亟待解决以下问题:如兼顾性能与开发成本,以提高纳米杀线虫剂剂对现有商品制剂的竞争力;全面评估纳米杀线虫剂的安全和环境等风险,制定合理的生产及用药管理规范。

       

      Abstract: With the rapid development of facility agriculture, the occurrence and damage of root knot nematode disease in vegetable and other crops has become increasingly severe, leading to a growing demand for novel, efficient, and environmentally friendly nematicides. In recent years, research into nano-pesticide formulations have developed rapidly to enhance pesticide bioavailability and reduce overall pesticide usage. This review discusses the nano-formulating requirements for nematicides and their role in controlling root-knot nematode diseases, as well as the fabrication technique, application status, and characteristics of nematicidal nano-formulations. Compared to traditional preparations, the small size effect of nano-preparations can significantly enhance their nematicidal activity. Functional modification of nanocarriers can also confer multiple functions, such as improving mobility of nano-formulations in soil, enhancing permeability into the cuticle of root-knot nematodes and plant roots, and enabling responsive release of nanocarriers under specific response factors like enzymes and pH values in order to improve comprehensive prevention and control effectiveness. However, the nanoformulation of nematicides also faces critical challenges. These include balancing performance with development costs to enhance market competitiveness with existing commercial preparations, as well as comprehensively evaluating safety and environmental risks associated with nano-nematicides and establishing reasonable production and application management standards.
