红托竹荪腐烂病致病菌半球状毛霉菌的复配型防治药剂筛选

    Screening of compounded preventive agents against Munro hemisphaericum, the causal agent of Dictyophora rubrovalvata putrefaction

    • 摘要: 红托竹荪(Dictyophora rubrovalvata)作为高经济价值食用菌,其规模化生产因病害频发受到严重制约,明确病原菌种类并筛选高效杀菌剂组合对有效控制该病害具有重要意义。本研究对采自贵州省织金县红托竹荪种植基地的红托竹荪发病部位进行了组织分离及离体伤口接种,结合形态特征和ITS系统发育分析对所分离获得的病菌进行了鉴定,采用菌丝生长速率法对22种农药单剂初筛后复配组合进行生物活性测定,筛选出增效最优的复配组合及复配比,并通过大田试验进一步验证其防效。结果表明:分离得到的病原菌为半球状毛霉菌(Munro hemisphaericum)。药剂40%苯醚甲环唑悬浮剂(SC)与0.3%四霉素水剂(AS)以体积比1∶6复配后,增效作用最为突出,增效系数(SR)为1.75。田间防效试验结果表明:100 mg/L复配药剂间隔5 d连续喷施两次后接种,7 d后对红托竹荪腐烂病的防效达到了80.39%。本研究为合理使用杀菌剂防治半球状毛霉菌引起的红托竹荪病害提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Dictyophora rubrovalvata, as an edible mushroom with high economic value, faces severe constraints in its large-scale production due to frequent disease outbreaks. Identifying the pathogenic species and screening highly effective fungicide combinations are of great significance for effectively controlling this disease. In this study, tissue isolation and in vitro wound inoculation were performed on diseased parts of D. rubrovalvata collected from planting bases in Zhijin County, Guizhou Province. The isolated pathogens were identified using morphological characteristics combined with ITS sequence-based phylogenetic analysis. The mycelial growth rate method was employed to systematically evaluate the biological activity of 22 selected pesticide formulations, initially screened as single agents and then as combined mixtures. The most synergistic combination and optimal ratio were identified, and their efficacy was further investigated through field trials. The results showed that the isolated pathogen was Munro hemisphaericum. The combination of 40% difenoconazole suspension concentrate (SC) and 0.3% tetramycin (AS) at a volume ratio of 1∶6 exhibited the most prominent synergistic effect, with a synergy ratio (SR) of 1.75. Field trials demonstrated that treatment with 100 mg/L of the combined fungicide achieved a control efficacy of 80.39%, indicating satisfactory disease management. This study provides a reference for the rational use of fungicides to control diseases in D. rubrovalvata caused by M.hemisphaericum.
