食品及环境中三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚残留研究进展

    Research progress on the residues of tristyrylphenol ethoxylates in food and environment

    • 摘要: 三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚(tristyrylphenol ethoxylates,TSPEOs)是仅次于烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的第二大广泛使用的非离子表面活性剂类农药助剂。研究表明,TSPEOs对小鼠、狗、斑马鱼等非靶标生物存在一定风险,从而在国内外引起了广泛关注。本文系统梳理了TSPEOs的理化性质和毒性效应,并重点评述了其在食品及环境中的残留水平、分析方法及降解行为的研究进展,为食品质量安全监管、农药助剂风险评估及使用标准制定提供科学依据。

       

      Abstract: Tristyrylphenol ethoxylates (TSPEOs) are the second most widely used nonionic surfactant-based pesticide adjuvants following alkylphenol ethoxylates. Studies have shown that TSPEOs pose certain risks to some non-target organisms such as rats, dogs, and zebrafish, raising extensive public concern at home and abroad. This paper systematically reviewed the physicochemical properties and toxicological effects of TSPEOs, with a particular focus on the recent advances in research regarding their residues, analytical methods, and degradation behaviours in food and the environment. The review aims to provide an scientific basis for food quality and safety supervision, risk assessment of pesticide adjuvants, and the development of usage standards.
