柑橘黄龙病防治药剂筛选方法研究进展

    Research progress on screening methods for control agents against Citrus Huanglongbing

    • 摘要: 柑橘黄龙病是严重威胁全球柑橘产业的细菌性病害。由于其病原菌仅限于韧皮部寄生,不可离体培养,防治药剂研发筛选面临巨大挑战。本文总结了8种黄龙病药剂筛选方法:树干注射、药剂浸泡嫁接、叶面喷施、近缘植物筛选、黄龙病菌近缘种筛选、柑橘黄龙病菌半离体培养与碳量子点结合、半叶法、水培法,分析了现有病原检测技术体系及新型化合物研发进展,旨在为建立统一的防治药剂筛选方法和标准提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Citrus Huanglongbing (HLB), caused by the phloem-limited bacterium Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus (CLas), is a devastating disease of citrus worldwide. The inability to culture CLas in vitro has posed significant challenges for pesticide screening and development. This review systematically summarizes eight emerging methodologies for HLB pesticide evaluation: trunk injection, graft immersion with chemical soaking, foliar spray application, bioassays using phylogenetically related plant models, surrogate screening with HLB-associated pathogenic bacteria, semi-in vitro culture systems integrated with carbon quantum dot labeling, half-leaf method, and hydroponic culture-based screening. Furthermore, we critically analyze current pathogen detection methods and recent advances in anti-HLB compound discovery. This integrated analysis aim to facilitate the establishment of standardized protocols and harmonized evaluation criteria to accelerate HLB pesticide research.
