    Application of UiO-66 metal-organic framework material in pesticide residue detection

    • 摘要: 农药残留超标会对生态环境和人体健康造成严重威胁。现有的农药残留检测方法,如气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法等,存在仪器昂贵、操作复杂、检测时间长等问题。因此,开发新型、高效的农药残留检测方法迫在眉睫。UiO-66是一种金属有机框架材料,具有比表面积高、孔隙结构可调、化学稳定性和热稳定性良好等特点,在农药检测中展现出巨大潜力。本文从UiO-66及其衍生材料的构建、在样品前处理中的应用以及基于UiO-66的直接检测方法等方面综述了UiO-66在农药残留检测中的研究进展,比较了不同传感策略的性能差异,并就当前研究中存在的问题和未来的研究发展趋势进行了探讨和展望。

       

      Abstract: Excessive pesticide residues pose a serious threat to the ecological environment and human health. Existing methods for pesticide residue detection, such as gas chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography, suffer from drawbacks including expensive instruments, complex operations, and long detection times. Therefore, the development of new and efficient pesticide residue detection methods is urgently needed. UiO-66 is a metal-organic framework material with high specific surface area, tunable pore structure, and excellent chemical and thermal stability, exhibiting great potential in pesticide detection. This article reviews the research progress of UiO-66 in pesticide residue detection, covering aspects such as the design and synthesis of UiO-66 and its derived materials, their application in sample pretreatment, and the development of UiO-66-based direct detection methods. It further compares the performance of different sensing strategies, discusses the existing problems in the field, and outlines future research directions and prospects.
