Abstract:
In this study, the secondary metabolites of
Streptomyces daghestanicus SL101 were isolated and purified using techniques including silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography, and compounds
1-
4 were obtained. Their structures were elucidated by a comprehensive analysis of high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HR-ESI-MS), nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrometer (
1H NMR) and carbon spectrometer (
13C NMR) data, and comparison with literature. Compounds
1 and
2 were identified as sesquiterpenoids with a deep aspartic skeleton, and compounds
3 and
4 were classified as butylenolides. Among them, compounds
2 and
4 are new compounds, designated as (5
R)-albaflavenol C and MKN-003C(B), respectively. The inhibitory effect of the four compounds on
Pyricularia oryzae was determined using the mycelial growth rate method, and the results showed that compound
2 has better mycelial inhibition activity against
P. oryzae, with the EC
50 value of 10.60 μg/mL. Furthermore, the isolated leaf method was employed to examine the control efficacy of compound
2 against rice blast, which showed a disease control efficacy of (74.1 ± 1.7)% , indicating its potential for further investigation.
