脱叶剂应用现状及安全性评价研究进展

    Recent advances in the application and safety evaluation of defoliants

    • 摘要: 脱叶剂是一类通过调控作物生理代谢、促进叶片脱落的农用化学品,依作用机制不同分为激素型和除草型两大类,广泛用于棉花、小麦、油菜等作物的脱叶催熟,对现代农业机械化采收具有重要意义。本文系统综述了我国脱叶剂的分类、作用机理、登记现状及其应用与环境安全性,并展望其应用前景。研究发现,脱叶剂对作物产量和品质的影响受药剂种类、施用剂量、施用时机及频次等因素调控,需科学选用并规范施用。当前有关其风险评估研究仍显不足,长期大量施用可能带来环境残留以及对后茬作物的药害风险,亟待加强相关研究,以保障农业生态环境安全和农产品质量。

       

      Abstract: Defoliants are agrochemicals that promote leaf abscission by regulating crop physiological metabolism. Based on their mechanisms of action, they are categorized into two major types: hormone-based and herbicide-based defoliants. These compounds are widely applied in cotton, wheat, and oilseed rape to facilitate leaf drop and crop maturation, playing a critical role in modern mechanized harvesting systems. This article systematically reviews the classification, mechanisms of action, current registration status, application practices, and environmental safety of defoliants in China, while also discussing future prospects. Studies indicate that the impact of defoliants on crop yield and quality is influenced by factors such as product type, application dosage, timing, and frequency, necessitating scientific selection and standardized practices. However, current research on risk assessment remains insufficient. Long-term and large-scale use may pose risks of environmental residue and phytotoxicity to subsequent crops, highlighting the urgent need for further research to ensure agricultural ecological security and product quality.
